Latios

Latios is a powerful and intelligent Dragon/Psychic-type Legendary Pokemon. He can understand human speech and communicate through telepathy and certain psychic powers. He's known for his speed and agility, and he can fly faster than a jet! Like other Pokémon, he can't speak in English- instead only his name or parts of it to speak. Often in a more trill and high pitched like tone when speaking, Latias being both his counterpart in the Eon Duo and also being his sister.
